KPIX-TV Sells to Westinghouse

The ownership of KPIX-TV was transferred from the Associated Broadcasters, Inc., to the Westinghouse Electric Corporation on August 2, 1954. A group of twelve executives from both companies and their attorneys attended the signing of the transfer of ownership.
