AL AND CAL PEARCE

Al and Cal Pearce began their radio career on the "Happy Go Lucky Hour" on KFRC in San Francisco in 1928. It was such a success that the NBC Blue Network picked up the program. Brother Cal (R) eventually dropped out of the program, but the Al Pearce Show continued as a hit network comedy-variety show until 1947.
